Wild Georgia shrimp, fresh corn, and peppers, sautéed with bacon, onion, and garlic in a buttery tomato sauce, served with stone ground grits.

Crab Cakes

Lump crab, bell pepper, and onion sautéed with butter and served with remoulade sauce.

Beef Tenderloin

Succulent beef tenderloin cooked to perfection, served hot off the grill, and paired with potato puree, and parmesan asparagus.

Grilled Chicken

Fresh chicken cooked on site and served hot off the grill, paired with homemade cole slaw, and potato salad, and a roll or corn bread.

Fish Fry

Fresh fish cooked on site, paired with homemade cole slaw, potato salad, and a roll or corn bread.

Barbecue

Cooked Low and Slow for up to 14 hours on our custom-made BBQ Smokers. Each is paired with cole slaw, and potato salad.

Oyster Roast*
